Clairo comes with two different length: 

1- Top: around the hip

2- Dress: around the knee-length

For pre-orders/custom orders:

1) Orders will be completed in 30 days.

2) Full Payment is required to place an order.

3) Please discuss all the details and requirement with us before placing your order. (Colors/ styles/ size/ material) You may send us photo from our previous work to understand well your preference.

4) There will be additional surcharge when it requires new pattern block or extra material/ embellishments.

5) Once an order is placed, the design cannot be changed.

6) Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and restocked.

7) Please understand that our pieces are all handmade it requires time to finish, by placing order you agree to our shipping timeline may vary based on production and shipping carrier delays.
